In case of any manufacturer defect or product damage:
“Saudi Glasses” customers are entitled to replace or refund the product that contains a factory defect or damage, provided that the product is in its original condition with all its accessories, and with an invoice Purchase, within 3 days of the customer’s receipt of the product, and the customer has the right to choose one of the following options after the original store only receives the product and make sure that it complies with the conditions:
1- Refund the product by wire transfer, this process takes a maximum of 10 working days.
2- Replace the damaged product with any new product with the same value within 48 hours.
Important note:
The customer will not be responsible for any shipping charges if the reason for replacement or refund is due to damage or manufacturers defect.
If you want to replace or restore the product without any manufacturer defect:
“Saudi Glasses” customers are entitled to replace or return the product, provided that the product is in its original condition with all its accessories, and there is a purchase invoice, within 3 days from the date Receipt of the product, and in this case the customer will bear the shipping expenses to the original store warehouse only / Jeddah, and the customer has the right to choose one of the following options after receiving the original store only for the product and ensure that it complies with the conditions:
1- Refund the product by wire transfer, this process takes a maximum of 10 working days.
2- Replace the product with another product with the same value within 48 hours.
All of the following items are excluded from the exchange / refund policy:
second-hand products and / or other than in their original condition as they were when purchased.
